Another Mini Album Class - 10/27/2018

Good morning! Here's are pictures of Another Mini Album, called CELEBRATE.

Everything you see here, you are creating from scratch. The label in the front of the album says "Let's Celebrate" but you can insert your own picture if you wish or leave it as is.

The album is the same size as our prior album, measuring approximately 5.25 x 4 and I have made it optional --- you can insert blank cards, mini accordion pages, or photos... or a mixture of all.

I am going to add one more embellishment on the cover so come to class, see the finished project and create your own mini album!

We will have a full class tomorrow!

Pocket Letter Swap

We continue to have both the Tea and Pocket Letter Swaps each month.  Here is a sample that Brenda created for me last month.  The theme “Try a New Technique in a Color Scheme Not used before”:

Brenda used dragonflies on this PLS.  I love dragonflies!  Each pocket contains hidden goodies like diecuts, bling, die cuts, flowers, etc.

Brenda said she used her new Bo-Bunny Papers and embellishments. She also used a new dragonfly diecut and The Art Anthology Sorbet-Dimension Paint with a new stencil from Delta.

Love the bright Orange and Green Colors on this Pocket Letter!

If you are interested in joining us, send me an email! I'll post a tea swap recently received from Dori next. Thank you for stopping by!

Papertrey Ink - Masking Sentiments

Papertrey Ink Make It Monday Challenge #221 - Masking Sentiments

Here is my rise to the challenge. I used PTI Half & Half, Rosie Posie and Rose Posie Step 2. I decided to use Rosie Posie Step 2 as the primary image on the card because ... don't you think it looks cool?. The sunflower nail heads have been in my stash for a couple of years. I also used an analogous color schemes. The front card is basically flat but popped up from the second matting.

Happy Valentine's Day!

Here's a little omiyage gift to share:
Cassie made these adorable little mailboxes for us last month during class. They were so adorable and pretty easy to recreate so I decided to make them as thank you gifts.
Inside I placed two Almond Roca Candy with Macademia Nuts.
The little hula girl stamp is by Rubber Stamp Plantation. I placed it in an envelope and then inside the mailbox.

So every time I look at these little mail boxes, with the little tiny notes inside, I think, "You've got Mail!"

Thank you Cassie for allowing me to lift your idea!!
